A one hour guided meditation featuring pranayam - the art of refining and strengthening the energy field in and around our body in order to increase longevity and to open into deeper spaces of consciousness.

The ancient and essential yogic breathing exercises are covered:

4-16-8 regular breathing

Humming breath

Purifying breath

Rejuvenating breath

Whistling breath

Bellows breath

Khumbak

Throughout the class, Chris comes back to the essential technique of holding the breath in and out of the body (khumbak) and letting our internal energy become still and potent.
